First entry

This is placeholder body copy for the first journal entry. Markdown works here, and so does MDX if you rename the file to .mdx and want to drop components in.

The frontmatter above is type-checked against the schema in src/content.config.ts, so a typo in a field name fails the build rather than silently rendering nothing.
